Overflow Pricing
If a household on the 1 Bag or 2 Bag Plan needs more recurring weekly volume, the next plan up is the right fit. The Extra Bag add-on is only available on the 3 Bag Plan for households that still need more room.
Missed Pickup Policy
A missed pickup still counts for the week, or the route can be rescheduled for a $10 service fee when available.
