Phase 1
Compare Plans
Start with the weekly bag count and household fit that match your home.
Subscriptions
We pick it up. We clean it. We fold it. We bring it back. Every week. No stress.
The whole subscription flow is broken into phases so customers can make one clear decision at a time instead of parsing every rule up front.
Phase 1
Start with the weekly bag count and household fit that match your home.
Phase 2
Use the included weekly bag count that matches your household volume without managing separate colored bags.
Phase 3
Layer in bedding set refresh, blanket refresh, or sensitive-skin wash as recurring weekly upgrades, then use the customer portal later for one-time blanket or bedding weeks.
Phase 4
Review the few policies that keep route timing and bag counts predictable.
Phase 1
Start with bag count first. Every public plan follows the same weekly pickup rhythm, 48-hour turnaround target, and ZIP-based scheduling. The main difference is whether your household needs 1, 2, or 3 bags each week.
First decision: weekly volume and rhythm.

Phase 2
Each bag holds up to one standard load, about 10 to 15 pounds. Your plan determines whether 1, 2, or 3 bags are included each week, and customers can update their weekly bag count or move to a different plan as long as the change is made 24 hours before the next pickup.
Perfect for individuals

Includes 1 weekly bag with the same 48-hour return rhythm.
Ideal for couples or small families
$45/week
Includes 2 weekly bags with the same 48-hour return rhythm.
Best for busy families
$60/week
Includes 3 weekly bags with the same 48-hour return rhythm.
Phase 3
Once the base plan fits, layer in the extra care items that make the weekly service feel more custom without changing the whole subscription structure.
A recurring weekly blanket add-on that keeps comfort layers inside the main subscription instead of making a separate request each time.
A recurring weekly bedding-set add-on for a full sheet-and-comforter rotation without leaving the subscription flow.
Sensitive-skin and baby-safe washing for households that want a gentler wash profile throughout the plan.
Add one more recurring weekly bag when a household on the 3 Bag Plan still needs more weekly volume.
Phase 4
These are the few policies that keep the service dependable week after week.
Customers can update their weekly bag count or move to a different plan as long as the change is made at least 24 hours before pickup.
If a household on the 1 Bag or 2 Bag Plan needs more recurring weekly volume, the next plan up is the right fit. The Extra Bag add-on is only available on the 3 Bag Plan for households that still need more room.
A missed pickup still counts for the week, or the route can be rescheduled for a $10 service fee when available.
Every pocket is checked to help prevent chapstick, pens, and loose items from damaging the load. Found items come back in a Cleanse pouch.
