Pickup, return, and next pickup keep cycling so the household always has clean clothes moving back in.
Bag System
Each bag holds up to one standard load, about 10 to 15 pounds. Customers can update their bag mix any time as long as the change is made 24 hours before the next pickup.

Policies
Customers can change their bag mix at any time as long as the update is made at least 24 hours before pickup.
Extra bags outside the included 3-bag pickup are billed as overflow at $10-$15 each depending on route handling.
A missed pickup still counts for the week, or the route can be rescheduled for a $10 service fee when available.
Every pocket is checked to help prevent chapstick, pens, and loose items from damaging the load. Found items come back in a Cleanse pouch.
